Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities -
• Fee Governance: Strict monitoring of Fee Income booked across product programs to ensure revenue booking is in line with construct of such programs. Work closely with cross functional teams of Product, COE, Operations & Collections to identify any process lapses or revenue leakages in Fee Income charged to clients and strive to plug the gaps identified
• Closely monitoring the income lines and identifying the further scope.
• Preparation of Daily Fees Tracker for businesses.
• Analysing the trend line of income and then finding gaps.
• Preparation of Monthly Management reporting (Monthly financial trackers) with ratio analysis for decision making for top management.
• Support businesses with next month financial forecasts for presentation to top management & inclusion in their monthly decks
• Help each business & support functions track their budget v/s actuals on a monthly basis
• Annual Budgeting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the Company
• Preparation of Half Yearly Reforecasts of the budgets of the Company
• Planning: Preparation of Long Range Plan (LRP) of the Company
• Continuous engagement with all business teams; assist in new business simulations, forecasting based on changed business environment / dynamics
• Ensure monthly reconciliation of Management accounts and Financial Accounts
Required Qualifications and Experience
• CA with 6+ years of experience with 2+ years of experience in management reporting
• Should be Preferably from Banking & Financial services industry or having previous BFSI experience.
• Must possess strong business acumen to be able to understand key metrics of all the businesses in the company.
• High motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, communication skill, Negotiation and influencing skills, Relationship management skill.
