    Introduction:


    • Work collaboratively with others across BIA, while developing strong client relationships which are independent and be seen as a respected voice. Support delivery of BIA Audit Plan.
    • What will you be doing?
    • Execution of audit work within Global Finance team. This includes performance of control design assessment and operating effectiveness assessment.
    • Preparation of audit workpapers and documentation within audit tools.
    • Assisting the audit owner in defining the audit scope and testing strategies for the audit.
    • Assist with continuous monitoring and audit universe risk assessment.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members across the global finance team.
    • What we’re looking for:
    • Past experience in either audit or a function which has resulted in a good understanding of risk and control.
    • Experienced working in Global banks with teams in multiple locations, with an understanding of the activities performed with the Financial Control & Reporting, Regulatory Report and Tax in a bank.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

    Qualification 


    Accounting, or Auditing (Eg: ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIA)

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Experience in Tax/Financial Control & Reporting/Regulatory Reporting, as either an auditor or from working in the 1st/2nd line of defence.
    • Strong project management skills, with track record of delivery of work on time.
    • Strong risk and control understanding
    • Displays willingness and initiative to learn and share knowledge
