Description

Base Expectations

Base expectations would require consistent evidences of:

• Project Delivery
• Good basic accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge of Financial Statements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Well versed in Excel
• Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems a plus
• Analytical and logical mind to review work done by an Executive

• Practice Management
• Meeting deadlines
• Being role models for peers and juniors
• Adhering (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance and risk policies
• Supporting and participating actively in team wide initiatives

Stretch Expectations

In addition to the base expectations, a spike case would include consistent evidences of the below attributes:

• Project Delivery
• Completing projects in a timely manner with a good quality
• Managing delivery of multiple projects in an effective manner
• Allocating and follow up on tasks to junior team members
• Reviewing the work done by junior team members
• Guiding junior team members through various processes

• Prepare and manage project plan
• Resource planning for seamless delivery of work

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience
• Graduation/ Post-Graduation/ Chartered Accountant
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency in mining data from databases and resources
