    What will you contribute?

    Reporting to the FP&A Partner, the FP&A Analyst will drive Revenue Planning and Analysis for a $2B Revenue Portfolio Company. You will cover all aspects of the Bookings and Revenue process and support the commercial analysis required to run a successful business. Responsibilities include month-end close activities, building quarterly and annual plans and tracking performance vs. plan and forecast.

    Responsibilities & Deliverables


    • Provides accurate, transparent and timely financial reporting of key KPIs to support leadership in Revenue Recognition and Forecast, and Actual Reporting during month, quarter and year end activities
    • Maintain and develop weekly and monthly financial metrics, alongside financial planning, forecasting and reporting models
    • Presents financial concepts and analysis to senior non-finance audiences in a simple and confident way and is effective in challenging status quo
    • Recommends, develops and implements revenue models and insights that guide Finance and Sales functions in maintaining (and improving) their competitive position and market share
    • Uses expertise in the collection, analysis and management of extensive financial data to uncover any underlying performance trends for creating meaningful analytical insights
    • Works with data source providers to ensure that key financial decision data is accurate, automated and delivered in a timely fashion
    • Participate and lead forecast review meetings
    • Ensure financial systems report data in timely and accurate fashion
    • Understand, report and comments on drivers of variances to financial plan and reforecast

    Requirements

    Required Experience:

    • Post-secondary education in finance/accounting
    • CA/ICWAI or CA/ICWAI inter or MBA in Finance with Commerce background is a plus
    • 4+years experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or equivalent
    • Proactive self-starter, able to work within agreed timeframes and across geographies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
