    Preferred skills

    • Preparation of different types of Canadian Corporate returns
    • Ensure proper self/peer review to tax returns prepared by self/team and clearing of review points
    • Taking up additional roles like assisting new joiners with
    • Tax Technical
    • Meeting all compliance matrix like updating iPower etc.
    • Meeting utilization targets by means of managing work well as being open to opportunities outside own LOS
    • Should be able to communicate directly with clients on Engagements
    • Participate in L&D programs both as facilitator as well as attendee
    • Should be able to communicate with client, team members and team leads to ensure smooth flow of work
    • Assisting team on various admin works during non-busy season

    Experience or Qualification

    • B.Com/M.com/MBA/ICWA/CA-Inter
    • Previous experience or knowledge of Canadian compliance works a plus.
    • Accounting background with tax knowledge
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
    • Should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Should be a good team player
    • Self-motivated and should be flexible
