Summary of Job

(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)

• Recording of financial transitions in systematic manner within policies, system, guidelines, DOA.
• Maintenance of financial hygiene & discipline.

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

• Scrutiny and Bill passing of Vendors and Transporters in compliance to Purchase orders, Transport orders, SOPs and guidelines.
• Determination of GST payable under reverse charge and compliance to applicable GST part.
• Reconciliation of inventories GL Vs Distribution
• Preparation of ageing of vendors and transporters
• Payment processing to vendors and transporters on time as per schedule.
• Reconciliation of accounts with suppliers and transporters
• Coordination with Supply Chain, Logistics team and Plant persons as per requirement for day to day functioning.
• Support in other activities of Accounts deptt as per requirement.
• Physical Verification of Stock

• Reasonable understanding GST, TDS and indirect tax laws
• Good inter departmental relations and communication skills, team player
