We are looking for experienced Finance Executive who wants to record and analyze financial activity. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
  • Manages and pays vendors, verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
  • Processes employee expense reports and garnering necessary supporting documents and approvals
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Cost Mgmt - Budget to Actuals & FPA
  • Revenue & SAP Intergration
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Finance/Accounts or related field (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge in accounting and statistics
  • Proficiency in using tools like Tally,Microsoft Word, Confluence etc
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3-8 years of experience in related filed
  • Good Excel Knowledge
  • Quick books Online experience would be nice to have but not mandatory.
