Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Finance Integration
A Project Manager for Integrations in Controllership function is responsible for structuring and expediting integration of finance processes and systems of newly acquired entities into Genpact.
The role would require working closely with subject matter experts, cross – functional stakeholders and global teams to understand the requirements of compliance and processes in Genpact and aligning the new entity into Finance ensuring seamless change management for the new entity.
This provides an opportunity to work in cross-functional environment where soft skills come to the fore more often, gives exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.



Responsibilities

Understand AS IS environment of the acquired entity
Create a roadmap for integrating finance processes and systems
In depth understanding of Controllership function requirements to be able to visualize future state
To Be State mapping and enabling IT architecture and design
Lead multiple integrations for the function as per the set-out requirements and priorities
Involving cross-functional teams, SMEs and multiple functions for timely delivery of results
Ability to establish linkages between various closing and reporting needs and driving teams towards quick alignment
Establish a governance framework and steer continuous integration related conversations with teams/internal/ external stakeholders

Qualifications/ Minimum qualifications:

MBA /CA/CA (Inter)/Post graduate
Finance / Reconciliations – AP/AR/R2R
Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thoughts
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint


Preferred qualifications
Strong Problem-Solving Ability and Process Mapping skills: Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop a strategic road map for them
Ability to lead meetings and ideation sessions by challenging status quo & out of the box thinking
Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
Program Management skills – leading clusters of individual projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teams
