Ø End to End P2P process knowledge
Ø Helpdesk support - Daily communication/interaction via email/phone
Ø Solve Vendor / requestors queries or direct the queries to the right party
Ø Solve PTP issues on time within defined SLA
Ø Manage workload requirements according to available capacity and volumes and respond to all internal stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally
Ø Collect, record systems/ operational issues, maintain log on helpdesk queries
Ø Expedite service delivery (if required)
Ø Create and execute reports
Ø Publish the daily and monthly dash board to management
Ø Ensure all activities are compliant with policies and procedures
Ø Build good relationship with buyers, requesters and the suppliers
Ø Develop/ Maintain Templates & Data library in collaboration with the customer
Ø Update / create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps
Ø Provide continuous improvement in processes using LEAN or Six-Sigma methods
Ø Research/ resolve escalations and and client issues
Ø Candidate should be Flexible with Night shifts.

Ø Proficient in MS Office
Ø High customer service orientation for helpdesk processes
Ø Ability to Multi-task and prioritize
