Job Summary
Designation: Assistant Manager
Financial Management
- Oversee operations of the finance department of both marine and sea food
- Responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company
- Handling Audits, compliance assessments like Income Tax, VAT, Excise duty, GST, other service tax etc.
- Monitoring of GST filings and calculations, handling litigation and business advisory activity
- Post audit filing of Register of Company(ROC)
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being followed
- Monitoring the outstanding amount.
- Review accounting entries and accounts reconciliations in the financial accounting system
- Ensuring adequate controls around payables, receivables, fixed assets, inter-company, bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements of the organization.
Funds Management:
- Company Liasoning
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Regular contact with bankers and banking operations to manage day to day financial matters
- Oversee the extension of credit to customers
- Follow up with the banks for enhancement of Cash Credit (CC)limit
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Team Management
- Over viewing the team activities & solving their issues relating to work so as to ensure proper performance of their duties

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 7 to 9 years
Qualification: MBA/CA/M.Com/CA (Inter)
