DATE OF OPENING OF PART I – 20.04.2018 on 15: 00 Hr

Eligibility Criteria: All need to be fulfilled 

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of undertaking similar works viz Public Address/ Conference System for large office buildings / commercial Estate / industrial houses (from the date of issue of tender) And 

Have executed successfully similar works from the date of issue of tender individually costing as under: (work order of executed work need to attached) 

a) Three works each costing not less than 40 % of the estimated cost OR 

b) Two works each costing not less than 50 % of the estimated cost OR 

c) One work costing not less than 80 % of the estimated cost 

Have a minimum yearly turnover of 100 % of the estimated cost during the last 3 years (either approved by the Bank or Company CA). And 

Having service set up in Jammu for rendering after sales service. (The Proof of Service setup at Jammu such as Electricity bill/Telephone bill/ Rent Agreement is to be enclosed) in Part- I of the tender. 

Note: If firms are original equipment manufacturer, they do not need to submit above mentioned document. They just need to provide one covering letter stating that firm is original equipment manufacturer but they must have service setup in Jammu.
