MCA extend deadline to file Annual Return without fine for LLPs

Ministry of Corporate Affiars has extend deadline to file Form no. 11 (Annual Return) for LLPs vide circular no. 07/2022

Now LLPs would be able to file their Annual Return for financial year 2021-22 upto 15th of july 2022 without late fee or additional fee.
