Position description
- Monitoring daily fund management across business segments, entities, banks and depository accounts to ensure a free flow of transactions
- Evaluate new ideas and initiatives for real-time fund transfers
- In-depth knowledge of the payment journeys incl. IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, Cheques and Virtual accounts.
- Monitoring daily Pay-in & Pay-out of funds, hold & release of funds, settlements and securities borrowing & clearance ensuring accuracy & accountability of all transactions done by the department and lending
- Increase the processing bandwidth, develop and implement robust STP of Banking processes to reduce TAT and enhance Customer experience and drive digital transformation through process re-engineering
- Ensuring 100% process controls and adherence to the guidelines of the regulators.
- Ensure client funds are protected and secured against misuse or fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels across the department
- Handling all requirements and queries related to all regulatory audits, inspections and internal closures of bank & account books
- Collaborating with the Customer Support department to closely analyze feedback & queries for inter process audits and re-engineering of processes on an ongoing basis
- Generate and Maintain automated Recon activities
