Job Summary
At Special Situation Advisors the associate would be multi tasking and handling various responsibilities of the end to end process of NPA portfolio sale.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Studying of NPA portfolio put up for sale by Financial Institutions (Clients)
- Accumulating information and documents from Financial Institutions (Clients)
- Due Diligence of documents of companies in the portfolio
- Analyzing and compiling the important documents for investors and valuation
- Creating Account Summaries based on findings
- Valuation of the NPA companies based on all relevant data summarized
- Reaching out and Pitching portfolio to investors (Domestic and Global)
- Presenting documents and summaries to investors and solving their queries
- Coordinating the Transaction Advisory service assignment end to end with the team
- Lead a team of interns for timely completion of assignments
- Final Documentation for Closure with all relevant terms and conditions
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification - Inter CA
- Should have work experience of at least 3 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 to ₹600,000.00 /year
