How to secure marks in thoery subjects...!

I noticed that most of the students are facing problems while writing theory exams specially Auditing & Law. The most common comment of students after declaration of result is “yar exam to thik hua tha lekin marks kyu nai aaye” aur ye baat tb jada affect krti hai jb hm dobara preparation krte hain usi subject ki jiska exam to thik hua tha lekin marks nai aate……..

Fr ek student kya krta hai obviously vo unse discuss krega jo exam clear kr gae. Aur vo idr udr search krega aur use kafi sare articles mil jaenge jo k use guide krenge theory subjects prepare krne k lie…

Vo sare articles ye to bta dete hain k prepare kese krna chahiye etc etc lekin ye nai btate k hme exam me ek particular theory ques ko attempt kese krna hai ………

Esa to nai hai k jo exam me marks nai la paya use kuch ata hi nai tha aur usne sb kuch glt likha sbi ne voi chizen pdi hoti hain jo topper ne pdi hain fr difference kahan hai ?

Difference hai hmari presentation me k hm ek particular ques ko kis tra se examiner ko present krte hain……

Audit aur law k exam me only presentation of answer matter krti hai bcoz provision to same hi hai marks ka difference yahin hota hai

So ques comes to mind k hw shud the answer be presented to examiner

Its not so much dificlt its jus a very litl task……..try it

Jb b exam me theory ka ques attempt kro…..answer ko three parts me divide krdo……

1.       Applicable Provision

2.       Facts of the Case

3.       Conclusion

Ye teen heads bnao isse jada koi b head na bnao…..

1st head ki shuruat me sbse pele section likho (only write section if u r very much sure abt that) agr aap section k bare me sure nai ho to is trah se start kro…” As per the provisions of ………………………..Act, 19….” Uske baad us provision ko explain krdo yaad rhe is head me srf provision hi explain krni hai jo ques hai uske bare me kuch b nai likhna

2nd head me case define kro pehli 2 lines me pura case define krdo brief krke……..…fr usko upar likhi hui provision ko relate krke likh do ……yaad rhe yahan is head me koi b conclusion draw nai krna

3rd head me apna decision do…yad rhe ur conclusion shud be accurate yani k ek dm smooth hona chahiye jo k examiner ko 1st read me hi smj aa jaye……..

Ye hmne ques attempt kr lia…

Frends mene ye article yahan isilie post kia hai taki sbi students exam se pele hi apne aap ko isi tarike se prepare kr ske…….aur I can assure u agr ques isi tarike se present kroge then u can surely score good marks…………….ye tarika best hai cz it can save ur time too aur aap apna pura exam attempt kr skte ho aapko sochne ki jarurat nai hogi exam me k aage kya likhe jb tumare paas 3 heads hain usme tume pta hai k kya likhna hai to tumare pen ki kya himmat k vo ruk jaye……
